We aim to improve public transportation experiences in Winterthur by actively involving residents in the process. We are collecting experiences and observations from people who use public transport, with a particular focus on the area around Winterthur Grüze. Our goal is to improve the user experience in this area while also developing new methods for meaningful citizen participation in urban planning. Through this approach, your input will help inform a broader shift toward more inclusive public transportation planning across Europe.

About me
I am Csilla Duray, a PhD student at the Technical University of Denmark (DTU). My work is affiliated with MOVEO and ECHOlab. My PhD project focuses on the exploration of what role digital tools and AI can play in citizen involvement in the urban planning context. My supervisors and co-researchers are Brit Ross Winthereik and Anders Kristian Munk.

About MOVEO
MOVEO proposes a scalable intelligent framework designed to foster inclusive, efficient, and seamless transport infrastructure and mobility services. MOVEO brings together engineers, planners, managers, and researchers with the shared goal to enhance the door-to-door travel experience of transportation users. Contributions by the project are prototyped at 5 demonstrator sites across Europe, one of which is Winterthur.
