How you can join our study
We will ask you to document the challenges you encounter when using public transport in Winterthur and its surroundings.
To contribute, you will be asked to download the Urban Belonging App, which you will be using to take and annotate pictures. You can find a guide how to download and use the app, along with frequently asked questions (FAQ) here:
Using the Urban Belonging App, we would like to ask you to capture your observations during your daily commute between 15 February and 31 March 2026.
What you get from us
- You’ll get to give feedback on your experience with public transportation.
- You’ll also get to contribute to the development of public participation methods for mobility planning.
- You’ll get experience and give feedback on how it is like to share your insights on how mobility infrastructures work while in the situation using an app.
We will thank your participation with a gift card from Junge Altstadt worth 15CHF.
